Cement Fish Tank Vs. Glass fish tank

i am new to keeping aquarium fish and new to this forum.

my question is,

I have cement fish tank and some are said that "fish breeding in cement tank is higher than breeding in glass tank"

is this true ???

I have never heard that but more so water parameters and environmental conditions affect breeding.

some are says "cement tank make water base. so in the basic media can breed easily."

is that true ??
