Hi all!! I was advised to get 2 circulation air pumps for my 36 gallon tank.

My question is where is it best to place them and what direction should they face?

Obviously not facing down since that would create a sand storm lol, but is it better to face up, straight ahead, etc?

Thank you!!!

power head? generally most just start by putting them on the sides of the tank in the middle pointing them at each other. then from there adjust them to keep dead spots minimal to nonexistent and so they dont make a sand storm

Yes I guess power head, the box says circulation pump. It's a little fan type thing that sticks to the side. Ok that's where I will put em thank you!

ha yeah it was the word "air" that was throwing me off. just remember to play with them until you get what you like. good luck
