Should I put any turbo snails in my sump. My main tank is beautiful and my water parameters are perfect but my sump is covered in algae , lots of it . Everything is working great and I want to try and keep it that way . I thought about 6 snails in my 15 gallon sump to try and keep on top of the algae . Any advice .

no. nothing that eats algae should go in the sump. it's awesome that you have no algae in the dt and only in the sump. this is the result you want!

Sumps aren't meant to be pretty - they're meant to be dirty in order to keep the DT clean. Everything looks really good in your setup.

I agree as well. I don't have much experience with this but I have an uncle who has been doing this for years and his looks exactly the same. So I guess its a good guideline.
