I am getting this clean up crew.
30 Gallon Algae Pack
15 Margarita, 12 Blue Leg Hermits, 4 Turbo Snails, 1 Emerald Crab, 12 Scarlet Hermits. $39.99
Besides the basic tests for nitrate, nitrite, ammonia,ph,sg do I need to do any other tests? I know if I get cleaner shrimps I will have to test Iodine. I just want to make sure I do every test possible so the clean up crew will do ok. Thanks!
Jim

no need to test iodine unless you're adding it. which isn't needed.

Are you going to do a reef tank? If so, you'll want to add alk and calcium tests in there too.

The important part of adding the cleanup crew is to make sure your ammonia and nitrite are zero and your nitrate is less than 10 ppm. Also, you need to acclimate them well to ensure their survival during the transition. They are pH sensitive, so take care when acclimating them and do a drip method over the course of at least an hour to 2 hours.
