Clear slime on my glass

My 39g tank is about 2mo old now it has cycled and I only have a Cuc as of now. My tank was looking cloudy so I started to clean the glass and I notice there was a clear slime film on the glass, I did a 25% water change last Friday my readings where

Amo 0
Trites 0
Trates 10
Ph 7.8
Salinity 32
Sg 1.025

Also it's not in my sump only main display

I cleaned it off and it hasn't came back, and the only way I would be able to show it is a video of me cleaning the glass so you can see it coming off
