Cloudy water

150 Gallon saltwater tank. I set it up in early March. I have 1 yellow Tang, 1 Tomato Clown, 2 Damsels, 2 Peppermint shrimp and 3 crab. My water is suddenly very milky. You can see the stuff floating around. WHY?

"milky" water is most often associated with high ammonia levels. Have you tested your water parameters lately? Always the first place to start.

like lando says test ammonia if thats ok do you have Any caluerpa in the tank??
