Cloudy Water

I have had a tank for about 2 years. Lately my water conditions have been less than perfect. For some unknown reason to me my water has been cloudy despite 2 water changes. My PH, alkilinity, Nitrates, Nitrites and ammonia levels are good. I'm at my witts end. Please help

please describe your tank more. what color is the cloud? Is it white or green
