Clownfish divorce

I purchased two purcula clownfish about a month and a half ago there were going great togeter until about a week ago now the bigger female won't stop nipping the smaller male so to keep her from harming him I put her in a breeder net anyways will this activity stop or r they just not going to be friends anymore please comment

well both r in a QT tank right now cuz they had ick its been 3 days with no spots so they were sick but ill keep an eye out and see if anything developes
