I I've been notice that my clownfish has been swiming in front, behind, ontop and blocking him when he makes his cave, the clownfish also sometimes wags his tale on the diemond watchmen goby.
is clownfish in love or something ? The goby doesn't look like he minds

Clownfish are 'cousins' of the damsel. They are aggressive and territorial like damsels. You can try rearranging the rocks forcing the clown to pick a new territory.

Do you think it could be hosting the goby?

Maybe he is a confused clownfish :p might need to bring him to a fish shrink ^^
