Colonial hydroids

I have colonial hydroids on a rock. What gets rid of them. Would you use apisthia x?

In my opinion if it's only on that rock and easy to get out pull it and replace the rock

Or just bleach the rock.

I added more flexible to that side of the tank. I read that they don't like flow. It seems to be working.
