My coral angel is picking on my new flame angel... Is this normal? Do u think i should take him out?

Having two angels is hard to do, especially in relatively small tanks (less than 150 gallons). The only way you could pull it off is to get a couple that were together at the shop, add them at the same time, and hope they never turn on each other.

Alright .. haha made me eat my words thats a large tank. the flame was likely just into the CBs "home" once he took a couple shots he probably realized and moved on

coral angels are semi aggresive and fish of the same species are known to be aggressive to eachother if put in at different times. some tend to be more aggresive then otheres which may be the reason way he is beign chased by one angel and not the other
