So the past few days I have been seeing a bunch of tiny little moving white dots all over the glass Copepods right? My fish seems to eat them during the day my question is are there many many more in the rocks where they can grow to larger numbers?

No. Those are probably isopods you are seeing. They are common in new tanks.

Yes. Those little clear ones on the glass are fine.
