Coralline Algae covered rock with Aptasia. Keep or toss?

I just purchased a relatively small piece of LR (<2lbs) from the LFS. It's completely covered with coralline algae but after putting it in my tank I noticed there are a couple aptasia anemone's on there.

Should I take out the piece of rock since no other rock in my tank has Aptasia or should I keep it?

If I should keep it, what should I do about it?

Keep the rock, and inject the Aptasia with boiling water. Use an eye-dropper and just shoot it into their mouths.

I would qt the rock til you can get rid of the aptasia. Joe's juice works too. http://joesjuice.com/
