What are the easyist and hardyist corals to raise? How do I get my green ricordia mushrooms to spread?

Mushrooms and Softies are the easiest, and polyps are in the list too.

the ricordia will grow on its own and either split to form two mushrooms or it will slowly move around the rock leaving small bits of itself that form their own mushroms.

You can also speed this process up somewhat by doing a little surgery on them.
