could my tank be cycled?

Yesterday i checked my water and i have Ammonia-.5 / Nitrite-1 / Nitrate-0 today i test my water and i Have Ammonia-0 Nitrite-0 Nitrate-5. The tank has had live rock in it for like a week but I got a large peice on friday that seems to have really jump started my cycle. Would it now be safe do a PWC and add a fish or two?

If I can add a fish or two what from this list is the most hardy to start the tank with?

Midas Blenny
Royal Gramma Basslet
2x Ocellaris Clownfish
