Cured live rock?

What is it? Also ashould i use that or uncured live rock when cycling a new tank?

Cured LR means that the die-off has already happened. But, depending on how long it takes to ship to you (if you order it online), more die-off will occur. If you want cured LR, go to the LFS. Uncured LR is a great way to cycle your tank. I would suggest going that way.
