Cycle finished?

After three weeks I'm reading zero ammonia, zero nitrites, and 15 nitrates. I will wait an extra week to make sure. (I have a ten gal for my QT). I actually double checked and used the reference to make sure I wasn't getting a false reading. PH is at 8.1 at the end of the day, Is this a little low.
Reading this I feel like I must be paranoid.

All of it sounds good to me.... The biggest thing you need to remember with saltwater is that the most important thing is for things to stay CONSTANT ... if you're PH is off a point or two it will be ok as long as you acclimate correctly and keep it steady......
