cycle question.

So I have a shrimp in my bio cube 29 and I've been testing and all the levels were up like they should of been..this morning I test my
nitrites are at 0
Nitrates maybe 2.5 in between 0 and 5
And ammonia I think is danm near close to 0..

Could I be cycles?

give it a few days check again
but you said you used cured lr and sand if it was sent to you in mail most likely false reading
you need to figure in die off
did you ever peak readings up to 40 ppm during cycle if not your not there yet

I'm just skeptical about the cycle because it was so fast...so it can't hurt.

With the live rock and all, it could have been that fast, but I would test again just to be sure. I agree with not adding anything more...if it is cycled, then you are good. If you are not, it should be soon.

Did you do a water change to get the nitrates down? If they are up to 40, they should not have dropped by themselves.
