Appears to be coraline algae to me which is a good thing . Easiest way to tell for sure is see if it is really hard to remove . If it is then its coraline .
I would have thought it was way to early to see coralline spread so quickly. Not to worry though, I have seen many types of algea blooms in my tanks when setting up/cycling into the first few months.
