Yes. You'll get them due to nitrates from during the cycle and nitrates that remain afterward. It'll go away eventually. Algae and cyanobacteria blooms are really common.
 
they can also come from high phosphates. If you are using RO water for top offs and water changes then you shouldn't have to worry about phosphates. But in general, algae blooms are normal for new tanks.
