Cycling tank?

How should I cycle tank? Should I add live sand and rock when cycling too? I have seen just live rock?

The rock is your filter so you will want to add that in there while cycling. Sand, you might as well add in there as well.

I would defiantly add in the live rock and sand. A raw shrimp would help as well.
