cyling the tank

Ok guys It seems I have a question in every phase of this project I go through...Thanks for all the help..

I am beginning my cycling of the tank and I am purchasing some base rock and 50lbs live aquacultured rock for reeferrocks.com...Is cycling the same procedure with aquacultured rock??Forgive me if I sound stupid..Is it ok to cycle with aquacultured rock????
