You could just search for a plastics manufacturer near you. There's got to be one somewhere around there.
As for the 3000+ gallons of return, if you have a sump to accommodate it it will work. How large is it? How about the return....can you even get 3000gph through it? What are those pipes....1"?

The pumps fully controllable so I can drop it right down if I need to the returns are 1" but are drilled out to run up to 1 3/4 inch I think the sumps 3x1.5x1.5

I think you overdid it on the pump, as I feel you will use about half it's potential.

Yea it's saltwater I always wanted a snowflake will have to see what happens u don't know if I'll have a hood or not yet

Things have been going slow mainly due to not work g and running out of funds u got a job now but have t been paid yet :/ just a waiting game now gotta do a test fill/run soon and finish the plumbing then the painting can continue.
Can anyone recommend what I should do for lighting I want t5s because of then he growth they seem to get led are good but I prefer t5s

It's going to be very difficult lighting this with T5 lamps. You will either have to go 36" or 48"....
Personally, I have not seen better growth with T5 over any other lighting, besides power compact. It's all a matter of how much...how many lamps, and what brand they are...what type of reflectors...etc.

You are going to have to run the t5 lamps front to back, and use 36" fixtures, or retro kits.
To cover 41" though.....two 8 lamp fixtures? That's gonna be $350.00-$400.00 every 9 months in bulbs. I think you should build your own LED hood to cover this thing.
