It's started i used play sand and crushed coral filled it up with fresh water added salt but not in the red yet warming the water now as we speak I have a aqua tech protein skimmer and a peginun water filter I'm thinking about using a black light for lighting read it speeds up the cycle process

Black light mmm... interesting. I've read it somewhere though that lights doesn't really help when you're just cycling your tank so it's better to leave it off.

Lighting has nothing to do with a cycle. Only thing that black light will do is grow algae. The bacteria involved with nutrient breakdown are not photosynthetic. They do not benefit from light.

What kind of lighting should I do when I'm done with the cycle

Aquarium lighting....for a fish only tank a simple 2 bulb t5 with one 10k one actinic will be plenty. If doing reef higher intensity lighting will be needed depending on what corals you plan to keep.
