should I clean my new décor before introducing into my saltwater tank? if so what should I use? its made of plastic.

Just rinse it with cold water and give it a scrub.

What kind of "decor" are you talking about? The normal freshwater decor like the castles and fake plants are not recommended in a sw tank

Its a plastic skull that my wife brought home. Looks to be just plain smooth plastic as far as I can tell.

Just rinse it off as someone has suggested and do not use soap.
