IF I add a deli shrimp to my tank after its been cycled for my crabs to eat and my banded shrimp will it mess up the already cycled tank
 
Not if you are feeding tiny pieces of it. Any that is left in the tank for more than a day or so will start to break down and release ammonia into the water.
