diy saltwater fish food. any ideas?

Im wanting to make my own fish food. Does anyone have any great recipes for the fish? I really want it be nutritious and make my fish colors pop. I heard that making your own is better than frozen. I use the brine shrimp and some frozen vegie cubes. Not really alot of diverse food here. If you guys can, tell me what you use and how you mix and whatever else you do. Thanks

I use a fillet of cod or talapia, with 5-6 large shrimp, cyclopeze, couple sheets of nori, selcon, omega 3 flakes, nls pellets and spinach. Fills a 1 gallon freezer bag. All of my fish likes it.

I use scallops, squid, shrimp, and oysters. I add some garlic extreme. My next batch will have more in it. My fish and coral really enjoy it.

I've been thinking of this but didn't think anyone made their own fish food .
What is garlic extreme ?
