No need to qt them, aclimate them right and add them in.

If they come from a setup that has fish some parasites may be transferred but is unlikely.

No you dont have to but its a good idea to look them over for any problems.
some inverts carry bad hitchhikers. like Linckia stars can carry tiny snails that
can destroy other stars including themselves.
