Does my torch look sick

Like title says have this coral in 14g biocube parameters follow
Ammo 0
Nitrite 0
Ph 8.0
Nitrate 0

Is it bad to expose it to air because when I do my water change it gets exposed to air but not for long just for a little while I fill my tank back up?

Looks fine to me. I know mine likes low flow though. If the flow is to strong it kind of flattens out. Mine is best when sheilded from the flow.
