I took the advice you guys all gave me and went with hirocks.com and ordered 30 lbs of their baserock, thanks tjara03. $52 no shipping charges=not a bad deal, and of course all you other guys for your input. I stuck with my original idea and orderd 45lbs of the select fiji premium like i had said. that should arrive friday. ill def get back with the details of both those orders...
"tanks" alot Mike Another quick question...i filled my tank the other day with about 50lbs of the aragonite sand, and remembered to rinse the sand out a few times first....and then filled the tank with water and my water is still pretty cloudy!!! it must be from the sand beacuse the bin that i mix the water in is very clear until i put the water in the tank. and ideas?? just dont want to start adding my life if the water is junk.
