equipment for a 20L nano reef

I was wondering what is the best skimmer, filter, and lights for a 20 gallon long nano reef?

Consider a HOB refugium Skimmer combo (eg Aquafuge PS). I had one on my 29 and it made a HUGE difference to water quality. I got mine off eBay (searched 'skimmer'). Not sure if the factory seconds are still available tho.
