Now I have heard a couple different things about feeding. I only have two smaller O clowns right now and am feeding them frozen brine shrimp. I am wondering how many time to feed them, I am feeding them now morning and night. Is this right or wrong, I am new to this saltwater.

I find a couple smaller feedings per day gets more good in the fishes mouths and less to the brittle stars and bristle worms.
However , brine shrimp are not known to be overly nutritious even when fortified, so I would mix up the feedings. Mine had no problem pigging out on flake food with some brine added once every 3 days.

Well when I got my fish I asked the lady at lfs abiut flake food, and she pretty much freaked out on me as and said never feed flake food. Is that true?

What kind of flakes? I feed pellets, they are called nls pellets. But of course i also feed a variety of shrimp and nori
