I know there have been a lot of questions lately about coral, but here is one more.

I just got 4 little blue mushroom corals. The LFS said I don't need to feed them. Is that right? Don't they gotta eat??

If I do feed them with this "Frozen Concoction" I read about, how does it get to the coral? Am I just filling the water with blendered-up fish gutts only to have it end up in my filter material??

HELP!!

Todd

Alot of corals recive alot of their enegery from the light. Some do require direct feeding and others can grow best with the aid of food and light.

Your mushrooms do not need any sort of target feeding. If you do feed with some frozen food or some blender mush the mushroom will benifit but it wont eat like a fish will.
