Feeding Feather Dusters

Hello all,

Do these need to be fed with liquid phytopkanton? I have recieved conflicting advice from different people. Thanks DP

I'm nopt certain if they HAVE to be fed phyto, but I will say that our's has looked 1000% happier since I started adding DT phyto twice a week. So do our shrooms and acans.

You can feed it phytoplankton but I would underdose it as nothing can foul a tank up like phytoplankton. They are filter feeders and will take out excessive nutrients also so you dont have to feed phyto but you can just be careful.

i would feed as there are definite advantages, but as melosu said, don't overdo it. A little goes a long way.
