Filter from petsupermarket?

Need to get one for my 30g and they're like $40 at petsupermarket is it just gonna break and be a waste of money or should I try it out?

I have a mix of many different saltwater fish amongst my tanks, but I love my Tangs most of all.

Okay, I'll look at some prices, I just don't want to buy something that's gonna break in a month or two

Aquaclear has a lifetime warranty if I'm not mistaken. I;m running 5 right now and have used them for decades literally. I kept fish in the 80's and used them then too. never had a problem.

Plus you can put whatever media you want in their tray, unlike the ones with cartridges. So if you dont wanna run carbon you dont have to.

I just found an aquaclear 70 on eBay, they usually go for a higher price though, does this seem right?

Thats a good eal, they are $34 on amazon. ALSO there is a rebate that they will pay you for your first years worth of foam pads and carbon if you buy a new unit.

here is the link for the rebate form
