coral and clams plus some colorful fish that are reef safe i would also love a long nosed batfish

If corals and clams are your main focus then you need to get very strong lighting with a good sump setup preferably then focus your fish around that but if your looking for color then dartfish would be a good pick and if the tank is large enough after it becomes established you could check out some mandarins too

its 120 gallon and it has two t5 and 2 250 mh with chiller

If it were me then I would do a LPS SPS mixed tank with maxima clams a type of kole tang (if enough swimming room is given) a copperbanded butterfly a school of dartfish and once established a pair of mandarins and that would leave some room to add a few more fish in between

Bat fish require HUGE tanks. Lol.

Stay away from fox face and copperbaneded butterflys as they will pick at the clams.

If your main thing you want is coral and clams then I'm sure you could pick out a schooling fish to keep the bioload small but still have activity in the tank.

Mandarins require a healthy pod population. That's a fish for down the road- bit well worth the wait. Mine is always out and about.

If you want a show fish you could pick out a smaller tang. Look into Midas blennies, anthias, chromis, gobies, a pair of clowns, cardinals, firefish, smaller reef safe wrasse, and jaw fish. Of course you can't do all of them- but it's something to start looking at

Copperbands pick at clams? If so that's a major bummer :*(
