How much fish does anyone recommend in a 25g tank?

depends all on the fish you could probably keep two clowns and another fish of a similar size but not much more

Is it going to be a reef tank? There are several options but I would limit it to 2 fish 3 max. Something like a clown goby, royal gamma and maybe a clown all of these are pretty hardy.

No I'm getting a new tank and going to save gettin corals until then!
