Fish compatibility

I have a 16 gal nano w a blue damsel & a Fiji devil damsel in it. I really want a couple of clowns, but I've been told a cant do the damsels and the clowns. True?

Yeah not safe those two fish are very aggressive towards any other fish, maybe you could trade them in at your lfs.

They can be kept just fine given enough tank space but not in a 16. Honestly I wouldn't even put a pair in anything less then 20 but that's my opinion

Yeah, that's what the lfs said too. Of course, the other lfs in town said they were "sweet li'l fish" when I bought them & had just started my sw. Thanks.
