I as thinking of doing corals first after my cycle but then i was thinking should i wait to really make sure the tank is 100% stable before i put in any sps / lps

You can, but corals have almost no bioload to them. So if you add a fish, it might cause a mini cycle. I'd add a fish to keep the bacteria fed and then corals.

Ok good to know i never knew that. Fish it is then. So i guess my second question is since im planning to quarentine my fish. What can i do to keep the beneficial bacterica growing while fish is in the quarentine.

You could;
-pee into the tank(no joke)
-toss a raw table shrimp in
-sprinkle some fish food in

I just let my auto feeder run while cycling. I use flakes

I have some leftover freshwater flakes from my cichlid tank before ill use that

I actually tested for ammonia and nitrite this morning which both was at 0ppt. So i wonder if my cycle is done. I guess ill throw some fish food in and see if theres a spike and will test again.

Threw in 2 more jumbo shrimps to add more ammonia source. We'll see how it goes.
