Flow rate.

I am in the process of starting a 125g salt reef. I am looking to buy a pump to put into my sump. What I need to find is how many GPH does the pump need to be capable of?

I don't even know where to begin looking for that kind of formula. Any direction would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!!!

How high is the rise from the sump...Mine is 14' and I use a Mag 36, but when mine was only 4' I used a Mag 9.5.
