Flow rate 90gal tank?

What's a good flow rate for a 90 gal reef tank?

I'm running a mag 12 return pump in my 90g fish only tank. I have a predrilled one inch input to my sump and a 3/4 return line.

anytime. lol I struggled with figuring out all this gph stuff and drilled tanks and sumps etc but I learned everything I know almost entirely from this site. And a little try this and see what happens LOL.
