Fluval profile 1200

I'm planning a new marine tank for the end of the month and will do a build thread when I eventually do it but I'd like your opinions on something first. I plan in buying a fluval profile 1200 (323 litre) tank and using it for marine. I'm going to use a sump in the cabinet and a protein skimmer within the sump. I know the lamps will need to be changed to accommodate marine but will 4x39w be enough for a reef tank?
