Hat food do I need for clowns and a royal gramma

Most food sold will feed clowns and a gramma. I like frozen foods myself as they aren't as phosphate rich as flake/pellet.

My 2 clowns and gramma love new life spectrum Thera +a formula. They also eat mysis, marine cuisine, cyclopeeze and the occasional live brine feeding.
