We just acquired a saltwater tank yesterday and have already had issues with my anemone getting stuck in our filter....we finally got that taken care of and now my newly 5 year old dumped a ton of food in the tank. How do I go about fixing this? We only have some live rocks, a 16 gallon tank. A hermit crab , a pusedochromis strawberry and two tomato clown fish

You could do a water change and siphon out any food or poop that you see. Tank is 16 gal? You could do like a 3 or four gal water change. Test your water.
