found used equip. does this sound like a good deal? help!

I found all of this equipmment for sale for $240
do you think that this is a good deal?

80 Gallon Acrylic Saltwater set-up:
1 Rio 2100
Dolphin 3100
fluvo 404
Aqua 15watts UV sterilizer
max-jet powerhead and 20 gallon glass sump
no stand

Depends on the condition of the tank, if it is not scratched...it is an OK deal, but without the stand it is questionable.

Still, if you were to buy all that stuff brand new it would be well over 240$ so in my opinion thats a good deal!
