Fowlr build day 6

So as you can see its day six of my journey into saltwater and I thought I'd give you guys an update on the tank. Well right now I'm at about 35 or so pounds of live rock and 30 pounds of live sand. I'm running my Koralia 750 and Marineland Bio wheel model 150. Also I'm running Fluvals eco bright 7500k LED light. For the people who are new to my fowlr build it is a 29 gallon currently cycling (fishless) and the parameters are 8.0 pH, .3-.5 nitrites, 5 ppm nitrates, and .25 ammonia. Also would it be safe to add an urchin if i plan on keeping hermits and snails and shrimp?
