My diatoms all of a sudden died out the day before I got the CUC -.- but diatoms at least IMO a sign of good luck and I do 12 hour lighting because my lighting is kinda weak and I have a growing green algae problem (my emerald crab loves it and i just got a buddy for him) so i will shorten the lights to 10.

Im considering getting one for my QT tank in my room. It will give the fish something other than pvc pipe to play with and I dont even have lights for the tank. Its fate.

then a timer is a must for us then considering my hours and sweety pie's hours are irregular with each others sometimes.

i suppose we can feed less.

cuc will be payed for latter tonight. everyone said reef cleaners quick crew and get half of what our tank size is. sound right?

that would mean like a 40 ish gallon crew.
