It says with caution on compatibility charts, but most don't if u read on. Saltwater.com won't let u order more then one unless u state they won't be in the same tank. I wouldn't test it.

thats a bum deal, i really need to get a second tank up and going. i guess its a matter of learning the fish for sw just like fresh. i can deal with that. there are alot of really nice fish out there. no wonder its so easy to get mts.

The petco close to me (40min driving that is) actually has pretty good fish and their prices are ALWAYS cheaper than mi LFS (15 min driving)... But if it wouldn't the for the dude working there, it prolly would be a mess

SORRY about ur fish! That's just sad

I just caution u about those places. But if the dude their actually cares and knows his stuff, I consider u lucky. They are mostly the fish version of puppy farms...

I have been warned about them for years and years. But...having said that, it was always by LFS (who have a motive to have you buy from them at higher prices). I am sure that most of the Petco or Petsmart type places hire people with little knowledge and there systems may not be up to snuff however, if you use good sound judgement when evaluating your purchase you could save some money. Since I don't have a QT yet, I will not by lifestock from them. It is scary enough buying from the LFS without a QT. So far, I have done fine. Only one more fish to go and then it is on to corals full bore.

LOL. My blue tang will now stick around when I go near the tank but the second I take out the camera zoom she's off. I don't know why some are so camera shy...hehe but I'm hoping she'll come around soon

I have a mix of many different saltwater fish amongst my tanks, but I love my Tangs most of all.
