what is the correct way to feed frozen food?

thaw it, and rinse it in some tank water before adding.

i rinse mine and thaw it out at the same time with RO water. just put it in a net and put under the RO faucet

That's good to know, because i am going to start to feed my fish frozen bloodworm's.

if you're goign to feed them anything feed them mysis shrimp. blood worms are more for fresh water fish then marine
