frozen food?

I've never really heard anyone talk about this but are you suppose to thaw out the cubes or just throw them in the tank? Im feeding a yellow tang and a O. clown in a 125gal with ocean nutrition fomula two. TIA.
 
I rinse mine in RO/DI water, add selcon and vita-chem them feed to the tank.
 
You need to thaw it before feeding. It is my understanding that if it is not thawed first it can actually cause freezer burn to the fish when he tries to eat it.
